• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close activities and maintain AP records
