Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 3-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and verifying information
- Wiring payments
- Collaborate with AP supervisor and team to continually refine AP workflow
- Adapt to evolving volume demands and support broader finance initiatives as needed
- Assisting with month-end close as necessary
Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 2+ years’ experience in an accounts payable role
- Detail-oriented and collaborative communication skills
Salary Range:
$50,000 – 54,000
