Overview of Accounts Payable Specialist Role:
- Process accounts payable transactions across multiple business entities
- Match invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation accurately
- Manage AP bill-backs and allocations related to grower accounts
- Prepare Excel-based reports, summaries, and reconciliations
- Support month-end accounting activities and AP related reporting
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and data analysis
- Experience with invoice matching and discrepancy resolution
- Agricultural accounting experience preferred
- Ability to manage competing principles with strong attention to detail
