Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices in Oracle ERP.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and verify invoice accuracy.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Perform accurate, high-volume data entry.
- Scan, organize, and electronically file accounting documents.
- Support the accounting team with additional AP projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required.
- Experience with an ERP system (Oracle experience is a plus).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the accounting team.
- No degree required.
