Responsibilities- Accounts Payable Specialist
- Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- The AP Specialist will manage vendor accounts, payments, and account reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing activities and general accounting duties
- The AP Specialist will maintain accurate AP records and support the accounting team as needed
- The AP Specialist will assist with job-related accounting and construction project costs
Preferred Qualifications- Accounts Payable Specialist
- Previous construction industry experience required
- 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Experience with Sage 300 preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability and interest to grow into a broader Staff Accountant role
