Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections

• The AR Specialist will prepare and process accurate customer invoices in a timely manner

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts

• Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing questions and payment issues

• The AR Specialist will maintain accurate AR records and assist with reporting as needed

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience

• Strong understanding of AR processes, invoicing, and collections

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting systems preferred
