A well-established organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support customer billing, cash application, collections efforts, and account reconciliation activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute customer invoices
- Apply customer payments accurately and timely
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to billing inquiries and payment questions
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records
Qualifications:
- Previous accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
