Key Responsibilities
Process full project billing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all invoices.
Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure proper billing practices.
Partner with project managers, finance teams, and clients to resolve complex billing issues and discrepancies.
Monitor billing schedules, reporting, and deliverables to ensure deadlines and financial targets are met.
Maintain oversight of billing records, project setups, and audit readiness.
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in project-based billing, preferably within construction or engineering environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting systems, with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
