Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, cash applications, and account maintenance.
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding customer balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer account inquiries.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate customer records.
• Partner with internal departments and customers to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with accounting or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
