Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid Options)
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 base + Bonus + OT

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Supervisor:

  • Lead daily A/R and collections activities to reduce delinquent balances and improve cash flow.
  • Monitor aging reports, prioritize collection strategies, and manage escalations for high-risk accounts.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice disputes, payment delays, and account issues.
  • Support collaboration across Billing, Cash Applications, Project Management, and Operations teams.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to Accounts Receivable team members.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support reporting, KPI tracking, and standardization efforts.

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Supervisor:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Similar
  • 5+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Order-to-Cash, or Shared Services experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience within Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Shared Services.
  • Strong expertise in A/R Aging, Collections, Account Reconciliations, and Dispute Resolution.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Formulas, VLookup/XLookup, and Pivot Tables.
