Key Responsibilities

• Own the full AR lifecycle, including generating annual SaaS subscription invoices, monitoring aging, and performing reconciliations
• Lead all collections efforts—communicating directly with customers via email and phone to resolve outstanding balances
• Manage AR system integrations and data migration between Salesforce and NetSuite
• Support intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate allocation of payments across entities
• Partner with the Controller and CFO to maintain strong audit trails and support a clean, timely close

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections, ideally within a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce (or comparable ERP/CRM platforms)
• Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Experience handling intercompany transactions and multi-entity reconciliations
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, feedback-driven, collaborative team setting
