Accounts Receivables Manager
$95,000 to $110,000 per year plus discretionary bonus

What you will do as an Accounts Receivables Manager:
• The Accounts Receivables Manager will evaluate and approve credit recommendations for new customer accounts and monitor ongoing credit risk.
• Manage collections activities, customer account reviews, delinquency follow-up, and daily order release decisions.
• The Accounts Receivables Manager will oversee AR reconciliations, month-end close support, and financial controls related to revenue and receivables.
• Supervise Sales & Use Tax compliance, filings, audits, and reserve analysis for sales returns and allowances.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Payroll Specialistwhile maintaining policies, procedures, and operational reporting.
• Manage collections activities, customer account reviews, delinquency follow-up, and daily order release decisions.

What we are seeking in an Accounts Receivables Manager:
• 10 years of accounting or finance experience, including 5+ years in credit management and collections.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing staff within credit, accounts receivable, or collections functions.
• Manufacturing, distributor/dealer network, or two-step distribution experience preferred; ERP experience
