AI Solutions Engineer

Location: South Bend, IN (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000 – $170,000

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer / AI Consultant to help organizations identify, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and drive business value. This role combines AI development, systems integration, technical consulting, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to design and deploy AI applications, integrate emerging technologies into existing systems, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess business processes and identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and workflow solutions.
• Integrate AI technologies with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Lead client workshops, demonstrations, and AI adoption initiatives.
• Monitor solution performance and optimize for scalability, security, and business impact.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, AI engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, or business applications.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, RPA, or workflow automation tools.
• Consulting or professional services experience.
