What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billings accurately and on time
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors and clients
- Track project-related costs and assist with job costing support
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close activities
What you bring:
- 2+ years of AP/AR or general accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with accounting software and Excel
