What You’ll Do

Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment

Manage accounts receivable, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances

Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies

Prepare and maintain financial records for audits and reporting

Assist with month-end close and general accounting support

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers

Support process improvements to increase efficiency
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or receivable

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
