AP Specialist
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000

Key Responsibilities for the AP Specialist:
• Process accounts payable transactions and ensure timely, accurate payments
• Maintain vendor files, records, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate W-9 collection and 1099 reporting activities
• Research and resolve vendor payment discrepancies and inquiries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile assigned accounts

Qualifications for the AP Specialist:
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Banking or financial services experience is a strong plus
