Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and review expense reports and journal entries.
• Support month-end close activities and accounting team initiatives.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.
