RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE IT APPLICATIONS MANAGER
- Lead and deliver IT projects focused on enterprise applications, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
- Manage and mentor a team of systems analysts, business analysts, and application developers
- Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into effective technology solutions
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgets, and stakeholder communications
- Maintain and enhance enterprise software systems supporting manufacturing operations
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and support strategic initiatives
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE IT APPLICATIONS MANAGER
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- 10+ years of experience with ERP or transactional systems, preferably in manufacturing environments
- Proven track record leading technical teams and managing complex projects
- Experience with tier-1 ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or similar), CRM systems, and business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of SQL, data analytics, and modern integration platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders
