AR Billing Specialist
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Pay: $28–$36/hour
Our client, a growing company in the environmental services and construction industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing & Collections Specialist to join their team. This position will play a key role in managing billing, collections, and customer accounts while ensuring accuracy and maintaining a clean AR aging report.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and distribute invoices accurately and in a timely manner using the company’s accounting system

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances

Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, payment status, and discrepancies

Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation

Process contracts, lien waivers, change orders, and insurance certificates
-
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or account issues
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain organized records
Qualifications for AR Billing Specialist:

3+ years of accounts receivable and/or billing experience
-
Construction industry experience strongly preferred

Experience with Acumatica is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with SharePoint

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
