Credit Specialist
Salary: $21–$25/hour + 3–5% Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer collections, account follow-up, and payment resolution.
- Process check deposits and maintain accurate customer account records.
- Support accounts receivable operations while delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist with cash application and other accounting functions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer payment issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or customer service experience.
- Associate degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
