AR Specialist
Salary: $58,000 – $72,000/year

Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist:
- Generate and distribute invoices and billing statements
- Apply cash receipts and reconcile incoming payments
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Maintain accurate customer and donor billing records within Sage
- Support month-end reconciliations and AR reporting
Qualifications for the AR Specialist:
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience working with Sage ERP
- Nonprofit (NFP) accounting experience preferred
- Experience with cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations
