Assistant Controller – Manufacturing (Full-Cycle Accounting)
Salary: $130,000–$145,000 + 15% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller – Manufacturing (Full-Cycle Accounting):
- Lead full-cycle accounting including GL, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee cost accounting, including standard costing and variance analysis
- Monitor and reconcile inventory, WIP, and fixed assets
- Partner with operations to improve cost controls and efficiency
Qualifications for the Assistant Controller – Manufacturing (Full-Cycle Accounting):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of accounting experience with manufacturing and cost accounting focus
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and inventory/cost accounting
- Experience with ERP systems
