Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee general ledger activity and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist with audits, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Support and mentor accounting team members while partnering with operational leaders.
Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end close.
