Responsibilities of the Assistant Controller:
• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-K and 10-Q reports
• Manage financial reporting and general ledger activities within NetSuite
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and public company reporting requirements
• Partner with auditors and internal teams throughout audit cycles
• Support financial analysis and reporting accuracy across the organization

Qualifications of the Assistant Controller:
• Strong NetSuite experience
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Experience with SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q filings
