Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:
- The Assistant Controller will own month-end close and financial reporting.
- Maintain strong SOX 404 controls and auditor relationships.
- Support standard cost and manufacturing accounting.
- Analyze controllable expenses and drive cost reductions.
- Manage inventory controls, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
- Handle fixed assets, tooling, and capital accounting.
- Partner with operations leaders to improve plant performance.
- Increase financial discipline and decision-making across the business.
Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
- 3+ years of audit and accounting experience with demonstrated career progression.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related
