The Opportunity

A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its growing team. This is a high-impact role with immediate leadership responsibility and long-term upside into firm ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
• Review and analyze financial statements
• Supervise and mentor junior staff
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• CPA preferred
• Strong audit background in public accounting
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $160K – $200K
• Bonus: Discretionary
• Medical & Dental: 80% covered for employee
