Overview of the Benefit Plan Audit Supervisor role:
• Participate and lead engagement audit and document review
• 5500 for pension and profit sharing/401k plans
• Audit Supervisor performs compliance testing
• Performs benefit calculation
• Audit Supervisor prepares benefit statement
• Supervise staff on performance
Preferred Qualifications for the Benefit Plan Audit Supervisor:
• 2+ years’ experience with retirement plan audit
• Bachelors Degree and CPA or track
• Knowledge in Qualified 401k designation or experience with Datair Software is a plus
