Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of professional and corporate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent using a variety of recruiting tools, networking, and sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, gather hiring team feedback, and manage the offer process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data while ensuring compliance with hiring best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 Base + Bonus
