Responsibilities of the Administrative Receptionist:
- Welcome guests and visitors and direct them for their appointments
- Monitor the waiting area for anyone else needing assistance
- Coordinate team meeting agendas for the Case Management department
- Obtain and distribute travel vouchers
- Manage office supplies
- Update and utilize information in client database
- Distribute and collect paperwork, as needed
Background Expected of the Administrative Receptionist:
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- 1+ year of experience in an office environment
- Experience with a database such as Salesforce
Salary Range:
$40,000 – 50,000
