$43,000 – $46,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Bilingual Customer Service Representative):

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English

  • Assist with product/service questions, order issues, billing inquiries, and general support

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met

  • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Qualifications (Bilingual Customer Service Representative):

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM systems

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
