Key Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:
- Process and record billing transactions accurately within the accounting system
- Prepare, review, and issue invoices in accordance with contract terms and schedules
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized, audit-ready billing documentation
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
What You Bring as the Billing Specialist:
- 3+ years of full-cycle billing experience
- Experience with billing portals (SMART GEP, Ariba, OpenInvoice, or similar)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- A self-directed, solutions-oriented approach
- Clear and consistent communication skills
