Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:
• Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Generate reports and support accounting functions
• Scan, file, and organize accounting documents and records
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Experience with AP, AR, and general bookkeeping tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment
