What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer billing
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and month-end close activities
- Track expenses, receipts, and project-related costs
- Support payroll processing and reporting
- Assist with job costing and construction project accounting
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
