Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and cash management activities across multiple entities as the Bookkeeper

  • Partner closely with the CFO and president by supporting financial operations, special projects, and business initiatives as the Bookkeeper

Qualifications for the Bookkeeper

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations experience
  • Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills; multi-entity accounting and cash management experience preferred
