Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and day-to-day transactional finance to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and financial reports
  • Support job costing, construction billing (AIA format), and work-in-progress reporting with high attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with department managers and contribute to ongoing process improvements
  • Adapt to additional functions or leadership assignments as the business evolves

Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in the construction or project-based industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AP/AR and general ledger management
  • Strong Excel and 10-key skills; attention to accuracy and organization
