Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and day-to-day transactional finance to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and financial reports
- Support job costing, construction billing (AIA format), and work-in-progress reporting with high attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with department managers and contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Adapt to additional functions or leadership assignments as the business evolves
Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in the construction or project-based industry
- Demonstrated proficiency with AP/AR and general ledger management
- Strong Excel and 10-key skills; attention to accuracy and organization
