Key Responsibilities for the Business Unit Controller:
• Partner with executive leadership on forecasting revenue, margins, cash flow, and business planning
• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis for the business unit
• Manage cash flow, AR collections, and key financial performance metrics
• Oversee and develop a team of Project Accountants
• Support financial systems improvements and process optimization initiatives
