What You’ll Do as an Executive Recruiter

This is a full‑desk, relationship-driven recruiting role focused on direct‑hire placements in accounting & finance.

  • Build relationships with top accounting & finance professionals in your market
  • Recruit, interview, and identify strong matches for open opportunities
  • Partner with clients and your internal BD team to understand hiring needs
  • Manage placements from first conversation → offer → acceptance
  • Coach candidates, advise clients, and serve as the “career matchmaker”
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of industries and company cultures

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary + uncapped commission + bonus potential
    • Year 1 OTE: $70,000–$100,000
    • Year 2+: $75,000–$100,000+
