Cash Posting Specialist
Location: Kirkland, WA (100% Onsite)
Pay $28-$31 DOE
We’re looking for a Cash Posting Specialist with a medical/healthcare background to join our team in Kirkland. This person will be responsible for accurately posting payments, researching discrepancies, and keeping patient accounts up to date.

What you’ll be doing:
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately and efficiently
- Apply cash and reconcile payment activity to patient accounts
- Research and resolve unapplied or unidentified payments
- Review EOBs and insurance payments for accuracy
- Work with medical billing and patient account information
- Assist with reconciliations and resolving payment discrepancies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of cash posting, payment posting, medical billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle experience within healthcare.
- Strong understanding of EOBs, insurance payments, denials, reconciliations, and healthcare reimbursement processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
