CFO / Controller
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits
Location: Springfield, MA (On-site)

Key Responsibilities: CFO / Controller
- CFO/Controller will lead the month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness
- Manage banking relationships, debt compliance, and lender reporting
- Oversee insurance, risk management, and compliance
- Coordinate tax work with the external CPA firm
- Drive budgeting and forecasting to support executive decision-making
Qualifications: CFO / Controller
- 7+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience
- Strong experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and banking relationships
