Key Responsibilities for the CFO:
• Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance across the organization
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership, Board, and external stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and funding (grants/contracts)
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements
• Support strategic initiatives including partnerships, mergers, and growth opportunities
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership, Board, and external stakeholders

Qualifications for the CFO:
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Public Administration (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Experience in nonprofit and/or healthcare environments preferred
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and organizational leadership
