Salary: $100,000–$160,000

Key Responsibilities for the Chief Financial & Operating Officer:
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management

- Guide audit processes, regulatory compliance, and internal controls
- Partner with CEO and Board to translate strategy into execution plans
- Drive organizational restructuring and operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications for the Chief Financial & Operating Officer:
- Nonprofit financial leadership experience (required)
- Proven success in turnaround or change management environments
- Experience overseeing multiple functions (finance, HR, operations, compliance, etc.)
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Business; MBA or CPA preferred
