Client Service Associate (CSA)

Salary: $75,000-95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities for the Client Service Associate (CSA):

  • Coordinate client engagements from intake through completion
  • Manage client communication, document collection, and portal support
  • Track deadlines, outstanding items, and workflow status across engagements
  • Support tax return processing, e-signatures, and filing coordination
  • Maintain accurate documentation within firm systems
  • Assist with accounts receivable and administrative workflows as needed

Qualifications for the Client Service Associate (CSA):

  • Experience with workflow systems, CRM platforms, or document management tools
  • Background in public accounting, tax, financial services, legal, or professional services is required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
