Collections Analyst
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000

Responsibilities of the Collections Analyst:
- Reconciliations of payments
- Making business to business collections calls – around 60 call per day
- Contact customers through both telephone and written communication to bring accounts to current status
- Work with client to develop ability to negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts
- When encountering discrepancies, investigate and develop ability to offer solutions to resolve delinquent accounts, such as terms change and/or late delivery of goods or services
Qualifications of the Collections Analyst:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred.
- 1-3+ years of accounting or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excel proficiency: formulas, spread sheets, pivot tables are a plus.
