Responsibilities of the Collections Analyst:
- Analyze customer accounts to assess credit risk and determine appropriate credit limits
- Make collection calls and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances
- Process and apply payments while reconciling discrepancies
- Generate reports and utilize credit data to support decision-making
- Gather and maintain documentation related to disputes and unpaid invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit history files for customer accounts
Qualifications for the Collections Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years of collections experience
- Experience with Oracle is a plus
