Title: Commercial Real Estate Controller
Salary Range: $135,000 – 150,000 USD + performance-based bonus
Location: Miami Lakes, FL

Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Oversee all property accounting across multiple portfolios
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOP’s), internal controls, and approval workflows for a fast-growing platform
- Manage month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and client reporting
- Serve as primary accounting contact for major institutional and private equity clients
- Build and develop an accounting team
Requirements of the Controller:
- Minimum 7 years’ progressive accounting experience
- Strong experience with Yardi
- Experience with commercial properties
- Experience implementing SOPs and/or building an accounting department
