  • Lead the month-end close process and preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Oversee financial reporting for multiple business units
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Manage job costing and financial analysis within a construction ERP environment.
  • Oversee tax preparation and union payroll processes.
  • Serve as a financial business partner to executive leadership.

Qualifications for the Controller:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of accounting and finance experience.
  • Prior leadership or management experience.
  • Construction industry experience required; manufacturing or distribution backgrounds may also be considered.
