Salary Base Range: $150,000 – $220,000

• Lead a business-critical NetSuite transformation and modernize finance operations across multiple international entities
• Play a key role during an upcoming acquisition and influence the future finance structure of the organization

• Lead NetSuite optimization, reporting enhancements, chart of accounts redesign, and system improvements
• Manage global consolidations and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting across international entities
• Improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and system integrations to support business growth
• Oversee monthly close activities and ensure reliable, audit-ready financial data
• Partner with executive leadership on acquisition integration, strategic planning, and future expansion initiatives

• 5+ years of controllership or senior accounting leadership experience in multinational organizations
• Deep hands-on NetSuite expertise, including reporting, system configuration, process improvement, and cleanup projects
• Proven experience with multi-entity consolidations, international accounting, and financial reporting
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, improve finance operations, and build collaborative relationships across teams
