Compensation: $150,000–$170,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements across multiple business entities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and manage day-to-day financial operations
- Present financial results, forecasts, and budget performance to senior leadership
- Ensure timely federal and state tax filings and compliance
- Coordinate annual financial statement audits with the external CPA firm
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial procedures
- Direct all accounting functions, including Revenue Cycle, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and account reconciliations
- Perform financial modeling, analysis, and special projects as needed
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and business decisions
- Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- 2-8+ years of experience as a Controller within a mid-sized or large organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
- CPA and/or Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on leadership style
- Experience managing accounting teams of 10 or more employees
- Prior public accounting experience is highly preferred
