Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Lead month-end close and ensure accurate, timely consolidated financial reporting
• Oversee cash management and maintain strong liquidity across entities
• Manage audit processes, banking relationships, and compliance/covenant reporting
• Drive integration and standardization across merged entities and ERP systems
• Lead and develop accounting team, including AP/AR and operations finance support
• Identify discrepancies, resolve misallocations, and improve financial processes
• Oversee cash management and maintain strong liquidity across entities

Qualifications for the Controller:
