A growing, financially stable organization is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations, strengthen processes, and bring ownership to the general ledger. What You’ll Do:
- Own the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Lead AP/AR and day-to-day accounting operations.
- Drive process improvements, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with finance leadership on reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Support audits, compliance, and month-end close activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong general ledger and financial reporting expertise.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Public accounting or CPA firm experience strongly preferred.
- A calm, collaborative leadership style with a passion for improving processes and developing people.
